From the first meeting until completion, the process is one of constant interaction between our team and the client. The goal is to combine forces and use our market expertise to assist, rather than dictate.

Our Process

  • The Client provides a brief; detailing the nature of their business, target market, budget & date of delivery.
  • A brainstorming session is initiated for the purpose of sourcing products that compliment the brief and budget.
  • Several options are sourced from a diverse supplier portfolio, with the aim of finding the most suitable fit; the overriding consideration being to never compromise on quality.
  • Product suggestions are made to the client for their consideration.
  • The client selects the items with a full brief of their specifications: colour, quantity and branding requirements.
  • A quote is sent to the client (samples may be supplied if required).
  • Upon receipt of the order, we send digital layout for client approval & a pre-production sample if required.
  • Once final approval is received, we get to work!
  • The finished product is delivered.
